How Skills Group at HopeStart Therapy Works

  • Skills Group is a virtual, weekly 2-hour group
  • Skills Group runs for 12 weeks: July 6th to Sept. 21st
  • Every Saturday from 12-2PM
  • 2 Facilitators are present at all times to facilitate teaching but also any personal challenges or triggers that may arise
  • We will be covering the essential DBT Skills and provide options for more advanced training
  • Early Bird Pricing: $840 / per program (works out to $35 per hour)
  • Regular Pricing: $900 / per program (works out to $37.5 per hour)
  • Open to residents from: Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Manitoba
